Every setup on the scanner receives a 0-100 conviction score based on six independent factors evaluated in real time. One number that tells you how many elements are converging on a given trade. Higher scores historically produce higher win rates.
The conviction engine evaluates each setup across multiple dimensions. When more factors align, the score rises.
Historical performance is the foundation. The engine weighs how often this model and direction combination has won and the average payoff per trade from 450+ days of backtested data.
Setups that trade in the direction of the stock's Market Pulse phase receive a significant score boost. Longs in Acceleration, shorts in Deceleration. Alignment matters.
A setup near its entry price scores higher than one that has already moved. Proximity to Darvas support (for longs) or resistance (for shorts) adds further confirmation.
Without scoring, every setup on the scanner looks equal. A 600-row table of entries and targets tells you nothing about priority. The conviction score solves this by ranking setups so you focus on the trades where multiple factors are working together.
Use the "High Conviction" preset to filter for scores above 70, or set your own threshold. Many traders only take setups scoring 60 or higher as their baseline filter.
Scores below 40 indicate few factors are converging. These setups are technically valid but lack confirmation from trend, proximity, or support/resistance.
Scores between 50 and 70 represent the bulk of setups where two or three factors align. Above 70, you are looking at high-confluence trades where win rate, trend, and proximity are all confirming the setup simultaneously.
See exactly which of the six factors contributed to the score. No black box. You know why a setup scored high or low.

Track how a symbol's conviction score changes throughout the trading day as price moves relative to entry, stop, and target levels.
Conservative model setups receive a built-in score premium reflecting their historically higher win rates. The scoring engine accounts for model reliability.
Every setup scored 0-100 across six factors. Filter by conviction level and focus on the trades that matter.
