All Volatility Box subscriptions (Stock VB, Futures VB, and VB Bundle) are billed month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime from your account page, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
Due to the digital nature of our platform, indicator files, and research content, we do not offer refunds on active subscription periods. When you subscribe, you receive immediate access to all platform features, indicators, and research data. This includes:
If a renewal is processed that you intended to cancel but forgot to, contact us via email within 24 hours of the renewal. As long as you have not downloaded new indicator files after the renewal date, we will do our best to refund your renewal order, minus any payment processing fees collected by our payment processor (Stripe).
If you contact us after 24 hours, or have downloaded new indicator files after your subscription renewed, we will set your subscription to expire at the end of your current billing period, but will not be able to issue a refund for that period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your My Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Your monthly subscription fee is locked in at the rate you signed up at. If prices increase after your sign up, your rate stays the same for as long as you maintain an active subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, the new subscription will be at the current rate.
