Creating an Account

The process of creating an account and subscribing to the Stock Volatility Box platform is quick and easy.

This section will guide you through signing up, managing your subscription, and accessing account features.

How to Create an Account

1. Visit the Pricing Page
   • Go to volatilitybox.com/pricing.
   • Review the subscription options and choose the plan that suits your needs:
     • Stock Platform Access: Includes tools like the Live Scanner, Indicator Generator, Dashboard, and Short Interest Scanner.
     • Bundle Plan: Includes all platform access plus ThinkOrSwim-compatible Volatility Box indicator files for weekly updates.
2. Select a Subscription
   • Click Subscribe Now under your chosen plan.
3. Enter Your Information
   • Provide your email address and create a secure password.
   • Complete the required fields for billing details.
4. Complete Payment
   • Enter your payment information securely and confirm your subscription.
5. Immediate Access
   • Once payment is confirmed, you’ll have instant access to the Stock Volatility Box platform.
   • Log in with the email and password you used during signup.

Account Management

Your account and subscription are managed through the My Account section, accessible via the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the platform.

1. Subscription Management
   • View your active subscription under the Subscriptions tab.
   • Change your subscription plan or cancel it if needed.
2. Billing Information
   • Update your billing details under the Payment Methods tab.
3. Order History
   • Access a record of your previous payments under the Orders tab.
4. Password and Profile Updates
   • Update your email, password, and other personal details under the Account Details tab.

Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. Visit the password reset page.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

Once reset, use your new password to log in at volatilitybox.com/login.

Finding the My Account Section

The My Account section is prominently located in the left-hand navigation menu of the platform. This area provides access to your subscription details, payment information, and account settings. Below is a screenshot of where you can find this feature:
